  •   由于公司業務發展需要,現需要招募捷達品牌公關業務代理公司。敬請關注以下內容:

      1. 招募標準:(以下條件為硬性條件)

      1.1 公司注冊時間,須成立于2013年1月1日之前;

      1.2 公司性質,注冊資金1000萬人民幣及以上(公告發布后增資無效)

      1.3 公司規模:具備穩定核心團隊(100人及以上,須提供最近6個月的當地社保繳納證明且必須為招募申報公司繳納社保);最近三年公司在中國大陸平均年度營業額2億元以上(需提供加蓋公章的紙質版證明材料)

      1.4 服務經驗:2015年1月1日以后,至少有為1家主流汽車品牌提供公關全案年度代理服務達2年以上(含2年)(需提供直接與廠家簽訂的合同)。公關全案年度代理服務包括:年度、半年度及季度公關傳播策略策劃(產品+品牌),產品傳播(含新產品上市),品牌傳播,企業傳播,危機管理,文案撰寫,媒體關系維護及拓展,媒體日常溝通,媒體合作,大型媒體活動策劃及組織、實施,重要輿情分析與策略建議等。

      1.5 服務捷達品牌的團隊為全職人員,不能同時服務直接競品,具備行業排他性。

      1.6 企業資質及經營狀況要求:有效的營業執照且未超營業范圍經營,具備獨立承擔民事責任的能力;依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金;近三年經營活動中不存在違法違紀記錄,企業信用良好,財務狀況良好, 處于正常生產經營狀態,沒有處于被責令停業、財產被接管、凍結、破產狀態;愿意與一汽-大眾共同預防和治理不廉潔行為,遵守一汽-大眾保密及相關方安全管理規定并同意簽署相關文件;

      1.7 企業關系限制性要求:有關聯關系的企業(包含但不限于法定代表人為同一人,母公司、全資子公司及其控股公司,單位負責人為同一人,總公司與分公司,直接控股或存在管理關系的)不得同時報名參與本次公開招募。公司的法人、董事、監事、高管、實際控制人中無一汽-大眾員工或及特定關系人。公司的法人、董事、監事、高管、實際控制人中無在職或離退休(三年內)公務人員。

      2. 業務范圍:

      2.1.具備豐富的主流汽車品牌信息策略和產品公關全案服務經驗;

      2.2.擁有穩定的公關策略、文案、媒介及活動團隊;

      2.3.具有較強的汽車行業敏感度、行業趨勢分析能力及消費者洞察能力;

      2.4.具有較強的傳播策略分析能力,較強的品牌定位,完備的競品跟蹤分析能力;

      2.5.具有較強的社會熱點關注意識,內容策劃、文案撰寫及創意制作能力;

      2.6.熟悉掌握傳媒行業發展特點、趨勢,具有全新媒體環境下輿情管理的創新思路;

      2.7.具有獨立的媒體活動創意策劃及執行能力;

      2.8.具備優質的第三方資源,如供應商、媒介、跨界資源等;

      2.9.具有獨特的公關資源和業務能力,如政府關系、高層媒體關系,行業新技術的開發應用等;

      2.10.具有較強的危機預警及危機事件處理能力,整體危機體系建設及管理能力。

      3. 招募須知:

      3.1 簽約后業務范圍:一汽-大眾銷售有限責任公司捷達品牌層面、捷達品牌旗下各產品層面公關傳播策略、公關活動策劃與執行、傳統媒介管理及傳播、社會化媒介管理與傳播和媒體監測等業務;

      3.2 參加招標的代理公司名稱必須與簽訂合同的代理公司名稱保持一致,如分公司競標,則需要以總公司的名稱簽訂合同;

      3.3 代理公司以總公司競標,如子公司具備相關的服務經驗,可視為總公司具備同樣的業務能力,需提供子公司合同文件證明及官方的公司關聯說明;

      3.4 商業機密保護:若招募成功,該簽約公司必須遵守一汽-大眾汽車有限公司相關保密協議。符合招募標準且有意愿參與招募評選的公司請將本公告第3條規定的資料簡裝版(密封處加蓋公司公章)通過順豐郵寄至一汽-大眾汽車有限公司采購部,須在北京時間2020年4月23日24:00前投遞,逾期提交的資料視為無效。另請以郵件形式通知順豐郵寄時間和順豐號,以備查檔所需。

      4. 須提交資料:

      4.1 公司概況介紹,包括但不限于公司規模、分支機構等;

      4.2 申報表(請見附件)請如實填寫貴司相關信息,加蓋公司公章并請法人代表簽字;

      4.3 公司資質:經年檢合格的營業執照,稅務登記證,組織機構代碼證及其它證明材料;法人代表證明書或法人委托書;法人代表身份證、經辦人身份證。(注:以上內容請提供復印件;營業執照請加蓋公司公章并提供營業執照官網真偽查詢信息);

      4.4 公司管理機構及人員情況:管理層機構及人員介紹,策略、文案、媒介人員、活動、專家顧問介紹(數量、工作年限、工作經歷、資質等)。(注:進入到講標環節的公司需攜帶主講人半年以上的社保繳納證明原件,并確保中標后此人為捷達品牌服務;項目團隊所有核心人員及專家顧問必須出席比稿會,并提供近半年的社保繳納證明復印件;若招募成功,參加招標團隊的核心人員須保證為后續工作的實際團隊,兩年內核心人員流動率不高于20%,否則將取消中標資格。)

      4.5 近五年服務的客戶情況:客戶服務時間、服務范圍(請提供合同復印件等能說明服務情況的材料);

      4.6 近年項目案例:近3年已執行的主流汽車品牌公關策略及整合傳播方案(數量、清單及簡介);近3年已執行的危機公關案例(包含企業、品牌層面重大危機事件,重大批量產品質量問題,用戶抱怨或集體維權,日常負面口碑處理,經銷商危機公關管理體系建立等)。

      針對4.4-4.5,除書面資料外,還請自行錄制公司情況、核心人員、歷史業績介紹短片存在優盤里一并提供,時間以5分鐘為限。

    FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., LTD JETTA Brand PR Agency Recruitment Announcement

    With the development of business, FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd JETTA brand need to recruit a PR agency. Please find detailed information as followed.

    1.Recruitment criteria:(following criteria are must-have requirements)

    1.1 Company registration time: before January 1st, 2013;

    1.2 Company scale:over 10 million (include 10 million) registered capital(Invalid capital increase after announcement)

    1.3 Have a stable team (more than 80 people, providing the latest 6 months of the local social security payment certificate); and the average annual turnover is not less than RMB 200 million in last 3 years(Paper proof materials with official seal shall be provided)

    1.4 The serving experience: Having providing the comprehensive PR service for 1 Mainstream brand, not less than 2 years after January 1st, 2015. The business of comprehensive PR communication includes : full-year or half-year or seasonal PR communication strategy and plan for brand and products, products PR communication (including new product launch), brand communication, corporate communication, crisis management, PR copywriting, media relation maintaining and expanding, daily media communication, media cooperation, large-scale media event planning, organizing and executing, key public opinion analyzing and strategy suggesting.

    1.5 Fixed service team for JETTA brand should be full-time, creative team cannot service direct competitors, should be industry exclusive;

    1.6 Enterprise qualification and operating condition requirement: effective business license and within its business scope, own the ability to bear civil liability independently; pay taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; no illegal or criminal record in recent three years business activities, good corporate credit; good corporate financial condition, in normal produce and manage status, not be ordered to stop operation, property not be token over, frozen, or go broke; be willing to prevent and govern corruption with FAW-VW together, obey FAW-VW confidential and safety relative regulation and agree to sign relative document;

    1.7 Corporate relation restricted requirement: corporates having incidence relation cannot participate this recruitment (including but not limited to same legal representative, same in charge man for parent company, WOS and holding company, parent company and filiale, direct holdings or have managing relation). Corporate legal representative, director, supervisor, executive, actual controller is not FAW-VW staff and special related person. There is not public servant in service or retired (within 3 years) in corporate legal representative, director, supervisor, executive, actual controller.

    2.Scope of business:

    2.1. Experience of luxury brand strategies and products PR communication;

    2.2. Stable PR strategy, copywriting, media and event team;

    2.3. Strong sensitivity in the auto industry, industry trend analysis and consumer insight abilities;

    2.4. Good skill of doing communication strategy, and strong branding, competitor tracking and analyzing ability;

    2.5. Strong awareness for social hot issue, strong content planning and advertising copy writer ability;

    2.6. Familiar with the characteristics and trends of media industry;

    2.7. Independent activity creative and execution ability;

    2.8. Rich third party resource, such as suppliers, media, cross border resources, etc.;

    2.9. Unique PR resource and professional ability, such as government relations, media executives relations, new technology application, etc.;

    2.10. Strong crisis early warning and crisis management ability, crisis system building and management ability.

    3.Recruitment notice:

    3.1 Service scope: JETTA brand traditional and interactive integrated marketing strategy and advertising creative production, digital marketing platform construction and operation, content marketing, etc.;

    3.2 The agency name that you will pitch must be the same name shown on final contract, if brand office join the pitch, you should sign the contract with head office name;

    3.3 If the agent company competes with the head office, if the subsidiary company has relevant service experience, it can be regarded as the head office has the same business ability, and it is required to provide the subsidiary company contract document certificate and official company association description;

    3.4 Trade secret protection: The recruited agency should abide by related confidential agreement of FAW-VW Automotive Co,. Ltd.

    4.Required Documents:

    4.1 Company profile, including but not limited to company scale and branches, etc.;

    4.2 Application form (see attachment), please truthfully fill in company information, stamp company seal and sign legal representative signature;

    4.3 Company qualification: business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other certificates that qualified annual inspection; legal representative certificate or power of attorney; ID card of legal representative and transactor (note: provide copies of these documents; stamp company seal on business license and provide business license authenticity online query information);

    4.4 Company organization structure and personnel: introduction of company top management, professional personnel in field of strategy, creativity and PR event planning, copywriting, media management, as well as experts (number, working experience and qualification).     4.5 Nearly 5 years client service status: service status of domestic and international famous;

    4.6 Projects in recent years: recent 3 years finished PR strategy and integrated communication proposal for Mainstream brand (number, detailed list and introduction); recent 3 years crisis management cases (including corporate & brand reputation, products quality problems, users right-defending, negative online reputation management, and dealers crisis management system building, etc.).

    As for 3.4-3.5, except paper copies, please provide 5 minutes video footage of company introduction, core personnel, company achievement in a USB stick.

    All the above information and documents must be truthful.

    Be sure to provide clear and complete materials (hard copies will be the final evaluation basis), and incomplete supplies will be considered unusable. All relevant project experience is valid before the publication of the publicity document, and invalid after the publication of the publicity document.     5.Recruitment Process:

    5.5 If the material review is passed, the company will be informed to participate in the project comparison.
